Both the House and Senate voted in January to pass House Joint Resolution NO. 46, commending Jessica "for her generous and selfless contributions to the welfare of Virginia's police dogs." View House Joint Resolution NO. 46
The Virginia House of Delegates recognized Jessica for her efforts on March 4, 2004 when Frederick County Del. Beverly Sherwood introduced her during session. She received a standing ovation from the delegates.
Received a Certificate of Commendation from BigHouse Kidz Ministries, First Assembly of God, Winchester, Virginia.
Jessica became the first child to received the Stephens City (Virginia) Optimist Club "Respect For Law" award.
Presented with "The Elks Community Achievement Award" by Winchester Elks Lodge 867 in Winchester, Virginia.
Presented with a framed, signed copy of her House Joint Resolution by Colonel W. Steven Flaherty during a ceremony in her honor at the Virginia State Police Academy in Richmond, VA.

Presented with the "Elks Distinguished Citizenship Award" by Winchester Elks Lodge 867 in Winchester, Virginia.
Selected for the second time as Store Level Winner in the Kohl's Kids Who Care youth volunteer recognition program.
Recipient of the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police / Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation "Award for Outstanding Contribution to Law Enforcement." Jessica is the youngest recipient of this award.
Recipient of the Gold Level Presidential Volunteer Service Award, presented by the sheriff of the Winchester, Virginia Sheriff's Office.
